We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

  • Responsible for the digital product/platform
  • Own the vision for product - roadmap and product strategy
  • Own the development process and way of working
  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness through Agile, new working practices, collaboration and partnerships
  • Execute and maintain the Product portfolio through working collaboratively with other leaders and team members
  • Work closely with our Scientific Lead who will set the content direction of the product. Be involved in what the content looks like and translate into the digital product and something engaging for users
  • Represent Product internally and externally with third parties, potential investors and strategic partners
  • Lead the strategic planning and prioritisation processes and manage the product capital spend planning and allocation against strategy
  • Be responsible for Product Metrics, KPIs and OKRs
  • Build effective relationships cross-functionally
  • Manage, measure and report on the required quality, scope, budget and outcomes of delivery projects to the appropriate stakeholders, ensuring that overall product portfolio risks and dependencies are appropriately managed and communicated
  • Drive user growth and retention strategies

  • A track-record of launching and scaling a successful B2C business, with significant user base
  • An understanding of what is required to build a B2C business in HealthTech, which give you a solid foundation to be successful in this role
  • Experience working in a content-heavy business would be a real benefit given the nature of this venture
  • An analytical mind-set. We are driven by numbers and data so you will need to demonstrate an understanding and comfort working in this manner
  • Ideally you will combine a successful story in both a pure start-up as well as a more established company. This will enable you to bring perspective that will set you up to be successful during the early days, whilst also understanding what structure is required in a more established company
  • Experience with subscription models would be great, as you will be familiar with the KPIs and approach needed to ensure customers remain valued and engaged
  • Track-record of working closely with and feeding back to the product design team - running A/B tests. facilitating the design process
  • Outcome focussed mindset to never lose sight of the need to ship product and deliver results
  • Pragmatic in applying process when necessary, and appreciation of the customer this is built for.
  • An understanding of tech to facilitate smooth communication with engineers
  • Fluent in German and English to engage with the internal team and external customers/partners with ease
