Sanofi is one of the leading global pharmaceutical companies and is broken up into over-the-counter (CHC) and prescription drugs in the fields such as speciality care, vaccines and general medicines. But this role is focused on the CHC business only.
The client is on a clear path to becoming a digitally competent and innovative media player within the Pharmaceutical category across 60+ operating markets.
We are looking for a passionate candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in media management (national or ideally internationally). The candidate should be able to communicate fluently in English and be capable of leading a team of 5 diverse direct reports, as well as an extended central team of 8 people (Strategy, and Trading), including key indirect reports in the 62 Mindshare markets.
The candidate will be working along with the team on global account coordination, Digital best practice, strategy, Marketing Mix Modelling, Global Investment Reporting, Global Budget Allocation.
Ideally, the person has a background in digital or is familiar with the current global digital ad stacks, trends, and terminology.
