As we continue to scale rapidly across Germany and Europe, we're looking for a Senior Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Lead (Europe) to drive the development of our European HR landscape. In this strategic role, you'll lead Compensation & Benefits initiatives, shape our HRIS strategy, and support the harmonization of HR processes across multiple European countries while working closely with international stakeholders and our Group teams.
The role is currently based in Kelsterbach. As part of our continued growth, we are planning to relocate our office to Nieder-Olm, near Mainz, around October 2026.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement a scalable Compensation & Benefits framework across multiple European countries
Lead strategic HRIS initiatives and drive the continuous development of our HR systems across Europe
Harmonize and standardize HR processes to support a scalable European HR organization
Drive the alignment and governance of multi-country payroll processes
Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders and our Group on strategic HR initiatives
Lead international HR transformation projects and support organizational growth across Europe
Drive continuous improvements across Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and HR processes
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HRIS or a comparable strategic HR function
Proven experience designing and implementing Compensation & Benefits frameworks
Strong expertise in HRIS and HR process optimization within an international environment
Experience leading international HR projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is a strong advantage
Strategic mindset with excellent analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing international organization
Fluent in English. German is a plus.
