Our partner company is looking for you as: Job-integrated Master: Junior IT Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) in GroupTechnology - IT Economics, Allianzin 80331 Munich Kennziffer: JP250912/12378 TASKS• Support the steering of global IT expenditures in key controlling processes of Allianz Group (planning, reporting, forecasting) • Support in the analysis and reporting of the Group IT Project Portfolio • Drive regular communication with key stakeholders at Allianz Operating Entities and Allianz SE • Support the development of initiatives, frameworks, tools, and methodologies related to IT cost steering • Work on management presentations and prepare IT Steering Boards • Support the development of our reporting tool Wave and take up own tasks in data interchange and data analysis • Conduct data sanity checks and support developments in our reporting tools • Prepare, execute and wrap-up workshops and team meetings PROFILE• Bachelor's degree in a business administration or IT related program • First work experiences in prior work or internships • Strong MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint • Experiences with other business tools such as Microsoft Teams, PowerBi and OneNote • Very good English skills (at least C1) and German skills of at least B1, additional language skills are a plus STUDY PROGRAM Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and therebyactively shaping the future of companies?
