TASKS
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and strategic IT controlling activities
- Assist in steering global IT expenditures across key controlling processes within the Allianz Group, including planning, reporting, and forecasting
- Contribute to the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of the Group-wide IT project portfolio
- Drive and coordinate regular communication with key stakeholders across Allianz Operating Entities and Allianz SE
- Support the development and enhancement of initiatives, frameworks, tools, and methodologies related to IT cost management and steering
- Prepare management presentations and support the organization and execution of IT Steering Boards
- Contribute to the further development of the reporting tool “Wave,” including taking ownership of tasks related to data exchange and data analysis
- Perform data quality and sanity checks while supporting improvements to reporting tools and processes
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops, meetings, and team events
PROFILE
- Completed Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration or IT related program
- First practical experience gained through internships, working student positions, or previous professional experience
- Very good English skills (at least C1), German is a plus
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Experience with additional business tools such as Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and OneNote is advantageous
- Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and contribute proactively
- Structured, organized, and efficient working style with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and structured manner
- Strong intercultural awareness and collaborative mindset in an international environment
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and discretion when working on strategic topics within the Allianz Group
- Initial knowledge of project management methodologies is considered a plus
STUDY PROGRAM
Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both: During your two-year dual master's degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.
In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Management Master – M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree – M.Sc./MBA or the SIBE Digitalization Master – M.Sc. in Digital Leadership.
