BCG’s Global Social Media Intern – Employee Advocacy will support drive growth of the BCG brand across social media by activating the firm’s most valuable asset – its people. This individual will be supporting in managing and growing the social media employee activation program in partnership with the team. Therefore, a confident and collaborative communicator is required. The ideal candidate has experience with employee advocacy tools including project management. Thus, this candidate will help manage and promote an employee advocacy program that engages corporate influencers for key audiences, including training and enablement programs, social media governance guidelines and policies.


  • Project management across various internal and external parties

  • Developing toolkits for employee influencer support as well as targeted materials
