We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

  • Support senior leadership, business strategy with strategic HR input and ensure HR perspective is included in business objectives and activities
  • Align the GMQS HR three pillar model Centers of Excellence (CoEs) strategy with other HR departments within the company
  • Lead local HR managers within the EMEA region
  • Carry out change management initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership teams
  • Manage and sustain relationship with works council/unions, and participate in meetings when needed
  • Provide coaching to the local business leaders regarding talent management and leadership development
  • Ensure smooth operations of core HR processes such as hiring, compliance tracking (with the respective CoEs), performance and compensation reviews
  • Oversee and drive the delivery and execution of HR talent management programs and retention plans

  • Graduate university degree in business studies (BA, MA) or MBA with a clear focus on human resources management
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources management
  • Demonstrated track record in people leadership and talent development
  • Well-versed in German employment law and HR best practices
  • Profound expertise in dealing and negotiating with German works councils and unions
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data
  • Comfortable in working within a matrix organization
  • Strong and effective communicator with the ability to communicate across all functions within the organization
  • Good collaborator within a global HR environment
  • High language proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written)
