WHAT YOU'LL DO

The ongoing personal and professional development of our consultants is very important to us at BCG. As a dynamic and flexible **Student Assistant to the Learning & Development **(L&D;) team, you will work together with the other members of our L&D; team as an internal service provider at BCG, supporting our consultants throughout their career paths with top-of-the-line training and coaching. We are particularly proud of the quality of our offer, the collaboration within our team, and the diversity of our tasks.

Your main responsibility will be supporting the L&D; team in the preparation and follow-up of training measures for the Consulting Team. You’ll share responsibility for preparing the training equipment and training documents, compiling and maintaining participant lists, and performing the electronic analysis of training feedback. Presenting data evaluations and analyses is as much a part of your tasks as the responsibility for data maintenance and processing of data for other back-office activities. You’ll also support the training team with administrative tasks, such as entering training dates into the team calendar and training database and preparing the minutes of the jour fixe meetings. You’ll manage our training equipment and be responsible for ensuring its working condition, and you may assist with trainings on a day-by-day basis where necessary.

  • You are very precise when working with detailed and complex matters. You also impress people with your structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.

  • Ideally, you have solid knowledge of technical collaboration tools (Slack, Trello), database systems, and HR cloud solutions, and you enjoy working with them.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • You are enrolled at a (technical) college or university.

  • You have already completed internships or gained some practical work experience in the field of HR.

  • You have a good command of the software in the MS Office package.

  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.
