Your responsibilities:

• You help us to deploy and maintain new technology solutions for our infrastructure
• You create new automation and monitoring frameworks
• You work on continuous integration of our solutions
• You provide support for existing applications and procedures
• You are responsible for troubleshoot systems

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of relevant practical working experience
• You bring a academic degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
• You have good knowledge of Linux (e.g. RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu) in server environments, Shell, other scripting languages is a plus (especially Python)
• You bring hands-on experience with systems and IT operations and furthermore with DNS, SSH, HTTP, NTP, TLS, TCP/IP and other common network protocols
• You bring experience with automation and configuration management tools and with CI and CD and Docker
• You are familiar with databases, in particular, PostgreSQL and with scientific / research environments
• You have knowledge of data storage and processing technologies
• You have experience with high performance computing setups
• You bring fluent English skills
