For our Dutch and Belgian Customer Success Team we are looking for YOU as Customer Success Manager - NL & BE (m/f/d), permanent, with the earliest possible start date and a workplace in Berlin or from your home office with frequent travel to our Berlin office.

What exciting tasks await you with us

  • Being a reliable contact person for our Dutch and Belgian partners and customers
  • Onboarding new clients including contract management, creating client dashboards and setting up client campaigns
  • Steering, managing and optimizing ongoing client campaigns
  • Analyzing and ensuring performance of these campaigns
  • Coordinating the success factors for customer retention with the key account management and developing the customer together
  • Discuss our product palette with the customer and using it in a targeted manner for customer success
  • Take responsibility for managing projects that not only benefit your clients, but also advance our overall Customer Success Management and product offering
  • Invoice processing including renegotiation of tracking discrepancies

What you ideally bring to the table

  • First practical experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management or Online Marketing, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Experience in the recruitment industry, performance marketing or the world of HR-SaaS
  • An entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • Enjoy dealing with customers and communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Being open to direct customer contact on the phone, via Zoom or in personal meetings
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic, agile environment that offers plenty of scope for personal development
