We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Manages and coordinates the company's sales function to meet company’s business requirements and targets
  • Working within corporate strategies and policy frameworks, designs, proposes and implements local sales strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies set by the organization to meet sales requirements supporting short and long-term business needs
  • Works closely with the Regional Marketing and Finance teams to strengthen the company's sales position and profitability
  • Oversees development and implementation of national/key account and territory sales strategies, identification of business opportunities, and pinpointing problem areas. Supports them and attends customer meetings with direct customers of his portfolio
  • Ensures that national/key account and territory sales goals are achieved through the effective coordination of agents and distributors + internal group organization
  • Maintains coordination with integral organization functions and directs the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, contracts, global agreements, pricing

  • Hands-on, self-driven leader with strong commercial awareness

  • Autonomous, able to take a bird's eye view; able to develop vision, goals and objectives for the Company
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude; openness and ability to drive change
