As a member of the Customer Support team, our mission is to serve our customers with best in class quality and speed to achieve their business outcomes while developing internal talent for the future of our company. Your Responsibilities

  • You complete our New Hire Orientation and a thorough training program
  • You provide software support via phone and email, teach out customers how to use our software PI System and provide software installations
  • You enable our customers’ success to manage their operations by supporting them remotely through phone, email, web channels or on-site on our software
  • You teach our customers how to use our software as an instructor and trainer
  • You develop your business acumen by communicating frequently with our customers to understand how they utilize our software to solve their business challenges, and by collaborating with different departments to deliver and improve our customers’ experience with our company and products
  • You grow your technical skill-set by developing a solid foundation in the PI system, related software and industry technologies

Your Profile

  • You ideally gained first user experience with industrial software
  • You own enthusiasm for technical problem solving, with attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • You have the ability to learn and research in a dynamic and engaging environment
  • You reached a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Natural Sciences or related field
  • You offer 0-4 years of work experience
  • You are fluent in English plus additional European language fluency required - preferably Italian, French or German
