Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for our ISO 27001 certification process, will manage their project, will be deeply involved into the actual execution and collaborate with our IT and other functions
• You collect, document and evaluate the status of information security measures we have taken across different teams and function within the company
• You identify the priority measures to be implemented, and align these across the different functions within and with the management. Where appropriate, you select vendors jointly with our IT team
• You design and track KPIs of our information security management system and you oversee and continuously improve the process
• You support our Sales team in all information security related questions during the proposal and negotiation process
• You take on the role of an internal GDPR expert to supplement our data protection officer
• You design standard information security and data privacy agreements to be used with customers and suppliers
• You evaluate the necessity of additional audits and certifications for our US entity and drive the respective implementation projects
• You report your activities to colleagues and the management

Your Profile

• You have 3+ years experience in a relevant role
• Ideally you have either maintained or assumed an active role in the implementation of an ISM according to ISO 27001
• You are interested in driving governance topics and are precise in your wording of the required documents and policies
• At the same time you are tech savvy, have a good understanding of technical information security and like to exchange with our internal IT adminstrators, product security specialist and external security consultant
• You have a process mindset combined with a clear view for the business requirements of different functions
• You are a self-driven project manager and can manage the different workstreams of an ISO 27001 certification in a structured manner
• You are able to moderate a transformation process together with the management
• You have a service mindset towards customers and internal stakeholders
• You are fluent in English and have a good command of German (B2 or higher). All policy documents will be written in English. Customer communication will require both German and English
• Certification as an information security officer is a plus
