We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company **

  • Youare expected to develop key insights into market segment, target client’sorganization structure, business and IT strategy
  • Workclosely with different teams in Cognizant to create winnable value propositionin order to win new business
  • Involvedend-to-end in the tender process including negotiations and closure especiallyin case of large deals
  • Tobuild and manage relationships across various levels in the clientorganization, particularly in the C- Level/ Executive Management Level andcreate a stakeholder map to position Cognizant team and senior management
  • UpdateCognizant’s CRM system – Winzone with the latest and participate in anyinternal review meetings and also conduct review meetings for the team based onWinzone reporting
  • Activeinvolvement in deal reviews, developing solution, proposal responses, creatingexecutive summary, as required, and ensure timely submission with appropriateinternal approvals
  • Makecontingencies for expansion plans, and prepare to take the initiatives as needarises.
  • Makecalculations on the customer base and make plans to increase it
  • Investigatethe expected challenges and research on ways of mitigating the
  • Reviewthe target account list across the industry segments and align with clientpartners and service line leaders on a regular basis to keep the list currentand relevant in the current market situation
  • Achievethe annual ACV and TCV quota as agreed

  • Proventrack record in closing new business, building, scaling and managing largeaccount(s) in the assigned industry sector
  • Overachievingannual sales quote (minimum of €10mn / annum)
  • Existingnetwork with senior buyers in the target prospects in the assigned segment
  • Understandingof IT Services portfolios including Digital Transformation, IT Strategydefinition. Understanding and selling Business Process Outsourcing will be aplus
  • Experienceof leading and closing large deals in managed services (multi-million $ andmulti-year contracts)
  • Networkwith third party influencers like Third Party Advisors like ISG
  • Adeep understanding of marketing principles
