We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
8-10 years’ of experience in HR, ideally in HR of an IT company in Thailand. Preferably, you have a master’s degree or equivalent in an HR subject, Economics or Law You have deep expertise in employment, labour law. Strong experience in dealing with immigration in Thailand. You’re able to drive topics forward, adapt to an evolving digital context and embrace agile working With excellent communication skills, you are proactive, diplomatic and able to build relationships with people at every level of the global organisation You have gained experience in leading HR teams within a global environment You are able to negotiate in English
