We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Strategic initiatives Drive key HR topics including support of broader change and transformation initiatives across the business Develop and execute local HR strategy based on global Allianz Technology and HR strategic priorities Assess local HR implications of the business strategy and identify opportunities to further meet business needs
  • Change management Provide advice and coaching to senior management on organizational change and people management issues Act as a business partner and consult on strategic discussions directly with senior business leaders,​
  • Key HR topics Drive Talent Management activities locally, e.g. Talent Discussions, development programs and succession planning Support implementation of consistent recruitment processes and tools Proactively support the implementation of consistent learning and development processes and tools Drive the consistent implementation of a strong performance management process and culture Develop and execute local and global compensation policies, and coordinate annual bonus and salary review processes​
  • Leadership and relationship building Provide the local HR team with guidance on the overall strategic picture and how their targets are aligned to it Empower the local HR team to run stable HR operations for a fast growing organization Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external parties Collaborate in a global matrix environment​

8-10 years’ of experience in HR, ideally in HR of an IT company in Thailand. Preferably, you have a master’s degree or equivalent in an HR subject, Economics or Law You have deep expertise in employment, labour law. Strong experience in dealing with immigration in Thailand. You’re able to drive topics forward, adapt to an evolving digital context and embrace agile working With excellent communication skills, you are proactive, diplomatic and able to build relationships with people at every level of the global organisation You have gained experience in leading HR teams within a global environment You are able to negotiate in English
