We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Your role will take responsibility to co-lead the R&D Data Standards and Processing (DSP) Forum, developing shared vision, strategy and implementation of R&D Data Governance and Data Handling Initiatives Portfolio Management. As such, the incumbent is responsible: to provide project management office to the DSP Forum and the different DSPs (Discovery; Pre-Clinical & Clinical; Regulatory compliance-Operational-CMC data) as well as report back within R&D on the different DSPs progresses; to coordinate and drive the implementation of the R&D Governance Framework with the R&D Data Bucket Owners; to represent R&D Data Governance within Healthcare and at Corporate level ensuring fit-for-purpose alignment.
Ideally graduated in the area of pharmaceutical science, data science & management, or related and relevant working experience in the area of pharmaceutical or scientific research
At least 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent, managing pharmaceutical projects and related budgets. Experiences with portfolio management.
Proven experience in working in a matrix organization with various interdependencies, showing ability to deal with both strategic and tactical thinking.
Demonstrate interest and experience in the field of data governance, standards & processing. Have good knowledge of applicable regulations and laws (e.g. - data privacy, data integrity,…)
