We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • L ead day to day operations in the customer services centers and supervise a team of customer service staff
  • On-board new employees and train them based on your expertise and skill set
  • Support to manage the approved sales budget and monitor all pricing strategies and price lists
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards. Establish a performance indicator (KPIs) for customer service to measure services and goals.
  • Coordinate and implement further centralization of customer services (take-over customer services activities for other plants)
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and implement an effective customer loyalty program
  • Close collaboration with sales and marketing leadership teams and identify possible improvements to customer services
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner (e. g. handling customer complaints or major incidents)

  • You have a university degree or a comparable education
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in a team leader role in transactional services
  • You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • You have proven working experiences in an international multi-site company
  • You have motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants
  • You have organizational and planning skills to develop customer service policies
  • You have a good understanding of management practices and techniques
  • You are familiar with SAP and customer service software
  • You are able to communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter etc.
  • You are fluent in German and English (third language e. g. French would be of advantage)
