We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
In this role, you will support the specific units assigned to you in achieving their personnel policy objectives, play a major role in the recruiting process and work with others on systematic employee development.
With your generalist knowledge of HR, you will be available as a point of contact and will ensure that our managers at all levels of the hierarchy receive efficient, capable and comprehensive advice.
You will ensure that administrative HR processes go smoothly.
You will work on projects with a personnel policy focus, independently further develop HR-related focus topics and be instrumental in boosting the effectiveness of HR work within our organization.
You will act as a sparring partner and change manager within a dynamic environment, thereby participating in the further development and evolution of our site.
Degree in business or economics with a focus on Human Resources
First experience in practical HR work
Very good presentation and advising skills
Fluently in German and English
Skilled user of SAP HR and the MS Office suite
Ability to ensure a constructive atmosphere between parties with different interests
You put new perspectives front and center and pursue your goals strategically
Highly developed organizational skills and pronounced focus on teamwork
