We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • In this role, you will support the specific units assigned to you in achieving their personnel policy objectives, play a major role in the recruiting process and work with others on systematic employee development.
  • With your generalist knowledge of HR, you will be available as a point of contact and will ensure that our managers at all levels of the hierarchy receive efficient, capable and comprehensive advice.
  • You will ensure that administrative HR processes go smoothly.
  • You will work on projects with a personnel policy focus, independently further develop HR-related focus topics and be instrumental in boosting the effectiveness of HR work within our organization.
  • You will act as a sparring partner and change manager within a dynamic environment, thereby participating in the further development and evolution of our site.

  • Degree in business or economics with a focus on Human Resources
  • First experience in practical HR work
  • Very good presentation and advising skills
  • Fluently in German and English
  • Skilled user of SAP HR and the MS Office suite
  • Ability to ensure a constructive atmosphere between parties with different interests
  • You put new perspectives front and center and pursue your goals strategically
  • Highly developed organizational skills and pronounced focus on teamwork
