We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Autonomously consult, inspire and enable business leaders on a diverse range of people topics (e.g. organizational design, leveling up talent management, leadership & people development) by acting as their trusted HR partner
  • Establish and maintain the good working relationship with our works council, providing them with needed updates and reports, as well as consult and advise our management team with regards to all questions around codetermination
  • Understand the Business Strategy and people challenges in order to derive focus areas to support the organizational development
  • Use zBeat (Team Health tool) to actively maintain and strengthen the health of our teams together with the management by providing insights and translating them into actionable measures

  • First work experience as a Business Partner, or in a similar role, including a proven track record of project management, organizational development and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of German Employment Law as well as German Codetermination Law
  • Reliable sparring partner for leads who enjoys winning them over with facts and figures, a certain dose of charm and courage to raise your opinion in a constructive manner, while also being an active listener that is open to new perspectives
  • Strong interest in working together with works council
  • Capabilities in the fields of solution development, clear and structured communication skills (in both German and English), advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
