We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Design, implement and continuously optimize the overall employee experience function: identify measures based on HR strategy and alignment with the Centers of Competence and Services & People Operations, set up KPIs, define roadmap and actions, define interfaces to other functions within and outside HR
  • Foster a user experience mindset within HR and beyond, support content & process Owners with user experience know-how and guide them to create user friendly services, tools and process portfolios, participate in projects
  • Bring innovation impulses to all HR functions and show excellent analytical and conceptual abilities: constantly survey the market for new solutions, check whether they make sense for HR, lead pilots, evaluate pilots and prepare project if implementation is decided
  • Apply new ways of working: agile methods, design thinking and help to establish them in HR
  • Build networks within HR, work in communities, establish networks outside HR with other functions related to future of work (e.g. megatrends like digitalization and AI)

  • A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science or related fields
  • At least 8 years relevant working experience in the field of intensive user experience knowledge in an international working environment; ideally in an innovation consultancy, HR or marketing
  • Knowledge in design thinking process, minimum viable products, customer satisfaction and other agile working methods
  • Good knowledge of HR innovation landscape (AI, robots, blockchain applications for HR)
  • Knowledge about change management and its application in larger organizations
  • Entrepreneurial and growth mindset, intrapreneurshipExcellent English communication skills, German preferred
