We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

  • In your role as Director Customer Aquisition (m/f/d) you will manage a team of Business Development Managers and Business Development Representatives. As the team leader, you will own the overall success of the team. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective clients and develop action plans where necessary. You’ll be actively involved in the largest prospects of the team, guiding in the preparation of proposals, pitch presentations, and quotas. You will be responsible for reporting on the success of your team, and you will act as the liaison between the team and company leadership.
  • You will also manage the individual performance of the Business Development Managers and help grow their skill sets. By coaching on procedure, technique, and pipeline management, you will ensure career progression and job satisfaction for your team.

  • Several years of experience in customer aquisition​

  • Ability to turn product strategy into insight driven product positioning and proposition development

  • Natural storytelling ability in various forms ranging from external consumer communications to internal briefs that inspire the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to influence strong-minded leaders outside of the brand function

  • Self-aware teammate with highly developed emotional intelligence

  • Ability to clearly set and juggle priorities to focus on the most important issues
