We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Identification of process best practice and common process model in a continuous process and technical improvement approach
  • Ownership of assigned business processes of pre and post sales processes
  • Analysis of business requirements raised by the business users
  • Development of process design
  • Development of solutions, ideas and concept proposals
  • Work out solutions with IT providers
  • Evaluation of IT provider’s solutions and offers
  • Implementation of demands (changes, modification) and new solutions and tools
  • Training of key and end users
  • Project-lead or contribution on small/medium/high volume scale projects

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant vocational training with many years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management & Processes
  • Profound expertise in Sales & Customer Relationship Business Processes
  • Experience in application development and implementation
  • Demonstrated project management skills and methodologies
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to manage cross functional teams
  • Profound experience in SAP Sales modules and processes SAP CRM, (SAP Fiori, SAP C4C)
  • Expertise and in-depth understanding of sales concepts targeting customer relationship processes
  • Excellent communication skills and open-mindedness
  • High language proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
