We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Lead and develop the local sales & marketing organisation, including shared back office
  • Develop and execute the local countries business strategies and initiatives, aiming to drive profitable growth
  • Responsible for the achievement of the local financial and non-financial targets
  • Responsible for national key customers including annual contract negotiations
  • Initiate and lead projects to further develop and drive operational excellence (e.g. using Lean methodology, digital competences etc.)
  • Participates in international projects

  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent university degree

  • Minimum 10 years professional experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Country Management with proven track record, preferably in B2B

  • Minimum 5 years of profound leadership experience, ideally in a multinational company
  • Leads and drives change to significantly improve business to higher level
  • Strong skillset in communication, drive & execution and problem solving
  • Ability to learn on the fly, building effective teams, developing self and others
  • Fluent in German and English
