We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Client Businesses (CB)
  • Help customize and execute global CB initiatives at the regional / local levels, including world class relationships, Proposal Excellence, commercial pipeline tracking and analysis, MDP / PPPL enablement, role of the CCO / CCO governance, Client Council and other initiatives that emerge
  • Capture and share best practices across the region
  • Orchestrate training and communications activities at the regional / local levels in collaboration with the global Client Service and L&D teams
  • Revenue Management
  • Help set pricing strategy and priorities in collaboration with CEMA / local Finance
  • Facilitate value-based pricing analysis and approvals, help prepare for key meetings, and drive other pricing initiatives that emerge
  • Work closely with regional / local Finance teams, global Revenue Management team and CEMA Commercial Directors
  • Investment Services (IS)
  • Manage the CEMA Investment Desk and orchestrate approvals
  • Manage the Campaign & Big Bets program
  • Refresh the CEMA Focus Client List
  • Collaborate with the Global Investment Services team
  • Role of the rPALs
  • Refresh the role of the rPALs in collaboration with the CEMA Regional Chair’s office
  • Prepare and organize CEMA rPAL meetings
  • Contribute and participate in other global Client Team initiatives
  • Contribute to content development of new concepts, guidelines, tools and programs for other global topics outside of Client Service as needed
  • Support global Client Team meetings, WWOMs, EC/OC meetings and other stakeholder meetings

  • ​Ability to be credible thought partner and to communicate effectively with senior BCG partners whilst understanding the BCG partnership and BCG’s business
  • Core BCG consulting skill set: strong analytical and conceptual skills, ability to package complex topics, incl. hypothesis-driven thinking, problem solving, quantitative analysis, financial modelling, storyboarding, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and to navigate across functions effectively; credible and mature
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently and in teams; displays consideration and respect for others and puts team success ahead of personal opinion
  • Demonstrated ability to both work effectively in and lead a group of peers
  • Proven success in managing change in a global, complex, matrix organization
  • Persistent in reaching key objectives but tactful, patient and flexible to make progress
  • MBA and bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or engineering field
  • Minimum of 6-8 years-experience in management consulting or other similar field; BCG consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical experience
  • Strong skills in Windows Office (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
