We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

  • Work and contribute in a hybrid team of strategic, creative and practical thinkers
  • Build and own relationships with client teams, collaborating with and guiding them along the journey on our corporate purpose and mobilization projects
  • Lead research, insights, and ideation sessions on all project work
  • Design, curate, and co-facilitate client workshops, often involving external thought-leaders
  • Drive development of impactful strategy and flawless execution of client deliverables
  • Guide and support creative translation, working hand-in-hand with our creative team
  • Play a role in business development, including shaping and pitching proposals
  • Develop new business proposals including conducting company/brand/industry/competitor research
  • Start contributing to internal leadership discussions and foster intellectual curiosity, learning, best practice exchange within BrightHouse Berlin
  • Collaboratively cooperate with BCG and BH global
  • Lead others and coach more junior team members on-the-job

  • 4+ years in strategy, consulting or other client service environments
  • Experience and/or passion for purpose/value driven work and innovation
  • Project management and lead capabilities working with client and internal teams
  • Confident thinker, eloquent communicator and presenter and (slide) storyteller, open to continued learning and growth
  • Background in business studies, psychology, philosophy, communication, preferred
  • An understanding of organizational and social change (e.g., behavioral science, organizational culture, social movement theory, campaign strategy, etc.)
  • Confident at managing and collaborating with talented and diverse teams, bringing together powerful insights, bold ideas, and beautiful execution
  • Ability to manage responsibilities for multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Highly organized with attention to detail across many moving parts
  • We believe in power of diversity and autonomy within teams – ability to work self-reliantly and effectively within one team and across projects
  • Willingness and passion to work in a fast-paced environment that fosters partnership and entrepreneurial spirit with module ownership
  • Experienced in using the consulting tool kit, particularly PowerPoint and open to use new digital tools
  • German (native level) speaking mandatory, plus very good English language skills
